Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program – Entrepreneur
Introduction:
The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) offers you a way to immigrate to Canada. The SINP is only one of the steps toward becoming a permanent resident in Saskatchewan. Through the SINP Entrepreneur Program, you and your family can start, obtain or partner in a business in Saskatchewan and be actively involved in managing it, while residing in Saskatchewan. SINP is a point’s based program that offers work permit for initial 2 years and after arriving and setting up a business in Saskatchewan you can apply for Permanent Residency.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Have $500,000 (CAD) at minimum in Net Business and Personal Assets;
- Have a minimum of three years of relevant business management or entrepreneurial experience gained in the past ten years; and,
- Intend to invest a minimum of $300,000 (CAD) in Regina and Saskatoon or a minimum of $200,000 (CAD) in all other Saskatchewan communities.

Step-1: Expression Of Interest (EOI)
Step-2: Invitation To Submit An Application (Isa)
Step-3: Third Party Verification Of Financials
Step-4: SINP Application Assessment
Step-5: Interview
Step-6: Approval Letter
Step-7: Signing Performance Agreement
Step-8: Submit An Application For Work Permit To IRCC
Step-9: Arrival And Setting Up Business In Saskatchewan
Step-10: Apply For Nomination
Step-11: Submit An Application For Permanent Residency
Application Fee:
- The applicant must pay $2500 to SINP authorities within 20 days of receipt of ISA.
- The applicant must pay applicable fee to IRCC for applying Permanent Residency.
